Because our tallow skincare, soaps, and handmade goods are made in small batches and are personal-care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at farmedandfancy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement.

Our most popular products sell out quickly. Items on Backorder will ensure that yours are reserved and will ship as soon as the next batch is available.
